Pompeii3 works with USPS and FedEx to provide secure and reliable domestic and international shipping options.

Please note that shipping transit times begin after your order has completed production and leaves our warehouse.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S., APO & AE)

USPS First Class

  • Approximately 4–10 business days after shipment

  • USPS

USPS Priority

Estimated delivery time:

  • Approximately 3–4 business days after shipment

Carrier:

  • USPS Priority Mail

FedEx 2-Day Express

Estimated delivery time:

  • Approximately 1–2 business days after shipment

Carrier:

  • FedEx 2-Day Express

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pompeii3 proudly ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

Please note:

  • We cannot declare packages below their purchased value
  • We cannot mark orders as “Gifts”
  • These practices violate international shipping laws and customs regulations

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing within your country.

USPS International Express

Estimated delivery time:

  • Approximately 2–4 business days after shipment

Carrier:

FedEx International Priority

This is our fastest and most secure international shipping option.

  • Approximately 1–3 business days after shipment

HANDLING & PRODUCTION TIME

Please review the product page for exact production and handling times.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Some items may require up to 15 business days before shipment. Custom items may require additional production time.

Orders placed after 8:00 AM CST may begin processing the following business day.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING INSURANCE & SIGNATURES

All shipments include shipping insurance.

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.

Please make arrangements to be available at the shipping address when your package arrives.

For security reasons:

  • Packages cannot be rerouted after shipment
  • Packages cannot be held for local pickup
  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed

DELIVERY GUARANTEE POLICY

We understand how important your purchase is and work hard to ensure safe and successful delivery.

Our delivery guarantee policy is as follows:

  • If a package does not show as delivered by the carrier within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, we will investigate the shipment and may issue a replacement if applicable.
  • If the tracking information shows “Delivered” on the carrier’s website, replacements or refunds will not be issued.
  • If a package requiring signature confirmation shows signed and delivered by the carrier, replacements and refunds will not be issued.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Pompeii3 is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Holidays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping charges are nonrefundable if a carrier fails to deliver within the estimated transit timeframe.

LOST, STOLEN, OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees or cancellation fees.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and secure.

APO, AE & PO BOX ADDRESSES

We ship to APO and AE military addresses using USPS insured shipping methods.

Please note:

  • Delivery times to APO and AE addresses may be longer than standard shipping estimates.
  • Certain high-value packages may not be eligible for PO Box delivery due to insurance restrictions.
